Chili con Carne




  450gm   minced beef
  2 tablesp   oil
  1 or 2      onions
  3 sticks celery
  1   capsicum
  1 tablesp chili
  2 tins beans
  2 tins tomatoes
  1 teasp   salt



  1. Heat chopped onion, celery and capsicum in oil until the onions clear.
  1. Add chili and stir it in for a further minute or so.
  1. Add meat and stir until brown.
  1. Add beans, tomatoes and salt and allow to simmer for 3/4 hour.
